Director General of the Association of small and medium business in Germany (BVMW) Marcus Yerger said that the organization advocates the abolition of anti-Russian sanctions, as they interfere with the orderly development of the economies of both countries. About it reports Fund “Recongress”.

Yerger, recalled that many German companies historically good relations with Russia and expressed hope for a speedy solution to the political issues and the further deepening of economic ties between the two States.
Advisor to the President of Russia Anton Kobyakov, at a meeting with Orgeron discussed cooperation and further cooperation on the upcoming events of the St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2018) and the IV Russian forum of small and medium-sized businesses. “I’m sure our members participation in SPIEF-2018 will give an additional impulse to development of cooperation with Russian entrepreneurs”, — said the head of the BVMW.
Participants of the forum will be representatives of German business and the members of the Association also planned business-dialogue “Russia — Germany”.
In the framework of the forum “Recongress” and BVMW intend to sign an agreement on developing cooperation in several areas. We are talking about mutual technology transfer between Russia and Germany, the support of small and medium enterprises of the countries entering the markets of each other and attraction of German investments into the Russian enterprises of small and average business.
As reported RIA Novosti, the Russian-German chamber of Commerce also plans to participate in the SPIEF, which this year will take place in St. Petersburg on may 24-26.
