Russia won the bronze medal in the double mixed doubles Curling at the Olympics

The sixth day of competition at the Olympic Games the first thing out curlers, namely Russia and Norway, which met in the match for third place double-doubles. Alexander krushelnitsky and Anastasia Bryzgalova were able to come together after losing the semi-final and in the end deservedly won the bronze medal.

In the semi-finals of the Olympic games-2018 Alexander krushelnitsky and Anastasia Bryzgalova offensive match lost to representatives of Switzerland and Norway, in turn, lost to Canada. As a result, the Russian and Norwegian Duo locked horns for third place.

From the beginning of the meeting, the Russians seized the initiative and after the second end and led with the score 3:0. Christine Skaslien and Magnus Nedregate however did not give up and tried to catch up with their rivals. They crept close after the fifth end, when the score became 5:4, however, then krushelnitsky, and Bryzgalov again pulled away. Before the final end they led by 7:4.

As a result, Russia, its advantage is not lost and even increased it: our pair won with the score 8:4 and won a bronze medal at the winter Olympic games in Pyeongchang.
