The children’s Ombudsman examines the case of removal of a child from a family of Russians in Estonia

Moscow, July 15 – AIF-Moscow.

Authorized under the President of Russia for children’s rights Anna Kuznetsova checks the information about the removal of a child from a Russian family in Estonia. This is stated in the message on the website of the Ombudsman.

We are talking about the family of Anatoly Ghazaryan and Anna Mikhailova, who reside in Tallinn. Writes Sputnik, juvenile authorities of Estonia took their eight-year-old daughter Isabella. It was three days before the departure of the family in Moscow. The decision to remove the child from the parents was adopted by the court. Gazaryan and Mikhailova allowed daily visits with the daughter of a duration of 15 minutes.

According to the Agency, the formal reason why the girl was taken away from the family, was that in the apartment where she lives for a long time not been repaired and the smell of cigarette smoke.

On the website of the Ombudsman said that the Russian side keeps in touch with the Embassy on this occasion and will soon send the necessary requests.
