Former Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai Basil Usoltsev, accused of bribery, released by court order.
This was announced by the assistant Director of SU TFR for the Primorsky Krai Aurora Roman, TASS said.

“The regional court quashed the decision of the court of first instance on remand in custody of Vasily Usoltseva. He was freed in the courtroom and is now at liberty”, she said.
Usoltsev is charged under article of the criminal code of Russian Federation “bribe reception in especially large size”. The investigation continues investigation against officials, said Roman.
Former Vice-Governor of Primorye, was arrested on 1 December by the decision of Lenin district court of Vladivostok. Earlier it was reported that in custody he will stay until 28 January 2018. Media wrote that Usoltsev is accused of receiving bribes for total amount of 18 million virtually any.
Note that the official resigned from the post of Vice Governor in early November at his own request. His duties at the post included the issues of transport and road infrastructure, civil protection, industry, licensing and trade in the region.
