On “the Avenue of the rulers” of the Russian military historical society (RVIA) in Moscow, a bust of the first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin, TASS reports.

As head of the information policy Department of RVIA Hope Usmanov, the unveiling of the bust dedicated to the memory day of politics on April 23. Earlier it was planned to open the monument on the day of Yeltsin born February 1, but relatives insisted on changing the date, as not all could attend the event.

“Valley of rulers” appeared in the capital in 2016 in the Park in Petroverigsky pereulok, near the Museum of military uniforms, RVIA at the initiative of the military historical society. To date, there has busts of 33 people, including the rulers of Russia in different times — from Rurik to Alexander Kerensky. In September of last year on the walk there were eight busts of Russian rulers of the twentieth century — from Lenin to Gorbachev.
