Officers of research holding “ROMIR” found out what the strategy used by the Russians to keep their spending within reasonable limits. It turned out that the most popular way to save was hunting for discounts and promotions.

The study says that the proportion of those who are “always looking for promotions and discounts on goods which buys regularly,” for the year increased from 26% to 36%. The number of respondents choosing the stores with special offers and discounts, increased slightly from 28% to 30%.
Almost a third of respondents (31%) stated that try to buy cheaper brands of products. While 28% of respondents try to save in advance, making shopping lists and trying to strictly follow them.
The number of Russians, who are less likely to go shopping to control your budget for the year has decreased from 22% to 17%. At the same time, from 16% to 20% the share of those who make the inventory of products in store, if they can be purchased at an attractive price.
The study notes that the purchase of goods discounts often said Russians are 25-34 years old, and about visiting the store, young buyers 18 to 24 years. Sociologists also found that among fans of the discounts are somewhat higher proportion of women than men.
At the end of may “ROMIR” reported that the average size of the desired income of Russians grew by 10 900 virtually any compared to the previous year. So, according to the survey of the holding, for the normal life of the family of three have virtually any 600 83 thousand per month.
