“United Russia” has transformed the party project “Civil University” in the training center, found out “Kommersant”. Training in it, according to the newspaper, will be free, however, may soon be organized and commercial programs

The party “United Russia” establishes a private school, according to the newspaper “Kommersant”. It is, according to the publication, will appear instead of the party project “Civil University”, which, in turn, on 27 July the decision of the Presidium of the General Council of the party was transformed into a training center of additional professional education.
Now for its activities, as explained by “Kommersant”, in the “United Russia” plan to obtain a state license. Also, “according to” the publication, after the registration of the centre as a legal entity United Russia are going to apply to the service.
The Ministry, as the newspaper notes, to promptly comment on this information “Kommersant” could not. However, the decision on the transformation of the “Civil University,” the newspaper was confirmed by the Secretary of the General Council “United Russia” Sergei Neverov.
“Party project”Civil University”] was of public character,” he explained, noting that “it [was] to compare with the political information for members and interested”. Now “United Russia”, according to Neverova, goes “to the system of educational activities”. “We choose those courses that we believe are critical to our asset and a wide circle of specialists”, — he said, adding that “first” in Central will train Deputy secretaries project activities. They are, as explained Neverov will take a course in project management (“United Russia” is the project “Parks of small towns” and “Urban environment”).
Training for them, as said the interlocutor of “Kommersant”, will be free and “partially full-time” (classes, according to Neverova, will be held at the old party office in Bath lane) and “partially remote”. After completing the course students will receive a generic diploma of additional professional education, which, as noted, the Secretary of the General Council of the party, will be quoted “not only in the party activities”.
Lectures in the center, according to Neverov, “will read the freelance lecturers of universities and other specialists”. Funding for such educational institutions, United Russia, as explained by the interlocutor of the edition, prepared from the party budget. “We have enough money for it”, — assured the Secretary of the General Council of the party.
He also did not rule out that in future the centre can be arranged commercial training for those who wish. However, this, according to Neverov, can occur only if these courses will be “demand”.
At the same time to talk about who will head the centre, the Secretary refused. For this purpose, according to the interlocutor of “Kommersant” that he needed to “consult” with the party Chairman and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. It was he, as it clarifies the newspaper, belonged to the idea of this project. Furthermore, Medvedev, according to the publication, on 24 July took the initiative of creating a professional party schools.
Before the “Civil University” as the project, says the publication, was led by the head of the education Committee of the state Duma Vyacheslav Nikonov. But now he, according to the newspaper, “will focus on the work in Parliament.” According to “Kommersant”, citing sources in the “United Russia”, the new head, most likely, “will be looking for in a University environment or among professionals.”
